Thank you for shopping at God Tracker, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, tell us why and we are here to help and assist you, we want to make sure our customers are satisfied and happy.
Returns:
30 days to return items from the date you received them, and to be eligible for a return, the goods must be unused and in same condition that you received them and please keep your receipts.
Shipping costs of original purchase are non-refundable; the shipping of the returned item is your responsibility.
Note: Due to COVID 19, we consider all items bought as concluding sale, we are not able to return or exchange all items bought. We thank you for your understanding at this time of pandemic. Thank you!
We aim to get your products to you quickly but all orders are packed and dispatched right away after the order is placed, once orders are placed we cannot cancel orders.
Processing and shipping takes between 7-14 business days, but pre-ordered items are processed between 21-30 business days.
We regret to stop all return and exchange on items purchased due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is not safe to return or exchange goods bought.

Items returned are inspected, proof of purchase is required, you have the option of choosing a similar product or we give a full refund to your method of payment. Credit card payments are received within several days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
